Meet the Founder Behind Logica
Before founding Logica Training School of Aviation, Swathi Anjana experienced the aviation industry firsthand as a Cabin Crew professional with Air India. She understood that aviation is much more than uniforms, airports and aircraft. Behind every successful aviation professional are discipline, communication, confidence, grooming, professionalism and the right preparation. In 2017, Swathi started Logica with one simple purpose — to help students understand the right path to build a career in aviation. The journey began with one-hour aviation career guidance sessions, where students learned about aviation careers, eligibility and industry opportunities. But one question kept coming up: “Ma’am, if I want to get into aviation, what should I actually do? ”That question shaped the future of Logica. What began as career guidance gradually developed into structured aviation training, preparing students for opportunities across Cabin Crew, Flight Operations, Airport & Airline Operations, Aviation Management and Hospitality.
